Recycled Paper stock is neary indistinguishable from regular paper stock in appearance. The more the recycled content, the softer the feel. Our standard stock is 20-30% recycled content, and our special eco-friendly (Truly Eco we call it) is 70-80% recycled content with a very high post consumer waste content. Recycled can be ordered in coated or uncoated stock to suit your art. Uncoated paper is very matte and absorbant, while coated paper is better for fine print and vibrant colors. Fiberboard is another great option, containing unbleached end of chain material.

Folders do not use any plastic. the disc can be held in a pocket, or with a foam hub. We also offer a 100% recycled paper tray (compressed paper with a cork hub!) and foam trays. Pockets can be in a variety of styles, including tube, slit (slot), thumbhole, wide moon, or diagonal literature pockets. Jackets can be 2 panels (mini jacket or mini LP) on up to 10 or 12 panels or more. Multi-disc titles can easily be accommodated by adding pockets or hubs. Booklets are easily added - choose recycled stock if desired. These are custom manufactured - we can make your package any way you like!

Includes the manufacturing / data replication / pressing of discs from your supplied master.
Disc Types

Pressed discs- injection molding, (i.e., substrate is poured out into mold), metal layer with data is formed with metal stamper (made from glass master made from client master). 12cm discs are standard size discs, full data size.

Clear Substrate Discs - uses a mini disc mask with clear substrate out to the edges. Data Size will be small (190MB), physical size the same as a standard full size cd. (SeeClear Substrate CD)

Recordable Discs - made with a special recordable layer substrate. Has no data but comes with printing. Ready to burn. Use for special needs such as frequently changing data (note - more expensive than pressed).

Mini Discs - 8cm discs, (8cm / Mini Disc site.)
Disc Printing
Up to 5-color offset from your art file (film production included). If you're not familiar with this, 5C is full color (many replicators allow only 3 in the price) and Offset Printing is the highest quality (gorgeous picture discs, almost always an extra charge - it's free here, part of our way of making sure these are WOW discs.)
Proof discs
Provided (pressed & printed) for your approval. We set up the press and manufacture & print your proof disc. It is the only way to make absolutely certain that it's perfect. We'll send to you for approval.
